American Life 2 - The Red, White and Blue

Most Americans are really pround of their counrty and consider their country is the best  the world though 80% of Americans have never traveled to overseas.I could not agree more in term of heath care and walfare for  its people. The goverment provide food stamps and medical cards for poor and disabled citizen and anyone who has social security number  can apply for them .  Still I am a very proud to be  Malaysian and really hate those  Malaysians and  especially from the opposition party like Anwar Ibrahim who always  talk bad about the government  when he is at overseas. You would hardly ever heard any American or any American politican from the opposition talking bad about their country when they are at  overseas and generally  most good leaders in the world. He is a desperado trying to seek support and milage  for his political survivor considering the sodomy charges against him. I am against him since his failure as a Finance Minister  with his bad policy and stategy in the economic crisis in 1998. Any good leader in the world would step down respectfully if he or she  made error of that magnitude for example many of  those from Japan when they failed to deliver their jobs and give ways to more capable and competent leader. He should be  out from the political scene for good. Why? It is about accountability and responsibility. Any responsible leader would do that for the sake of their country and future generation when he  failed in his jobs. But this is not the case with him.

My friend always said he talks and delivers his speech in bombastic and pompous language. I agree. Many of his old and very close friends  like Chandra Muzaffar, Marina Yusof, Zainur Zakaria, Nalakarupan,  Mohd Ezam, Zulkifli Nordin, Zaharin  Hashim  and many more have left him and PKR. They once stood by him and to the extent that they have been held under ISA (Internal Security Act)  like Mohd Ezam and Nallakarupan ( his friend of 30 years and tennis partner) for his cause but now they have  become his worst enemy, exposing his true colour.  They knew him very well  and  had left him. He has sodomy charges brought against him by his own political aide. I   do not understand why people give support to  him.  Thankfully,  our new Prime Minister Datuk Muhammad Najib Tun Abdul Razak has tidied up our economy and  introduced many good ideas and one of those is Satu Malaysia. I am proud to be Malaysian.
